We always aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but because we are a very small company, there are sometimes delays. If a delay occurs, we will reach out to let you know. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please let us know if you'd like your order rushed and we will try our best to do so!
International orders are a little different in that they do not include features such as tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping time varies greatly, and international packages are often subject to customs, duties, or other fees or delays that are out of our control. In general, international orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
We take pride in creating candles that light up your life, and if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, we want to hear from you! However, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unhappy with the scent that you ordered, you may exchange your unused candle for another product of the same price. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges. We try our hardest to package our items so that they will reach you safely, but, we will gladly replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Kintsugi Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
